We rent (by the day) a modern furnished 1-room apartment for 2 people in the basement of the apartment building. Price €50 for 2 people per night. Final cleaning costs €30.
The apartment offers about 40 square meters of space to feel good and has a bathroom, a kitchen, and also a living area with the pull-out sofa (180*200).
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Anger-Crottendorf-Herrnhuterstraße. There is a bus stop close to the apartment, about 20 meters away. The bus can take you to the city center within about 10 minutes.
There is also the possibility to use the S-Bahn which is about 5 minutes by walk.
The apartment has underfloor heating.
