Bring the whole family to this great place where you can enjoy and have fun throughout your stay! You can watch favorite movies on 40" smart tv. It has a private space for couple. Theres a kitchen separate from the room where you can cook your own meals,and a bar counter with wine glass where you can chill and drink. kitchen utensils and dining wares provided. A complimentary drinking water, wifi. Gated house with parking space for your vehicle

It has 2 bedroom. Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed for 2 persons. Bedroom 2 has 2 double bed for 4 persons accommodation. If more than 6 people, we will set up 2 double sofa bed and 1 double floor mattress to complete the 12persons accommodation. Extra charge per person apply

You can use the shower outside intended for everybody who wants to take shower

Unregistered or undeclared guest/s will be charged 500 per head upon check in. Children 5yrs old and above is considered adult. Make sure to inform us if there is an additional number of guest before arrival
NO visitors allowed to stay inside the room. Strictly NO late check out allowed, staff will open the room after 11:00am for we have to clean and prepare the room for the next guest to check in at 1pm. or you will be charged 300 per hour for late check out.
Please note that only 6 towels provided in the room for a base rate of 6pax if you want to add more towel, 50 pesos will be charged per towel.
Guest may check in earlier with 400 early check in charge if room is available. Prior arrangement with host is required specially for late night or early morning arrivals.Guest who may want to leave later than 11am check out time,may leave their belongings safely at the reception

No late check out is allowed, for we have to prepare the room for the next guest to stay at 1pm check in time

Expect frequent power outage in the Island. We dont have generator, we only have emergency lights and power bank for wifi. Thank you
