Share my spacious and charming Victorian home, in a quiet green corner of Northampton. The big room is at the top (2nd floor) of the house and has a king size bed and a desk.

Please note: There are several flights of stairs to get to this room, so please keep this in mind if you have large suitcases or mobility issues.

The space
Spacious renovated Victorian home that is full of character, with working fireplaces, 2 lounges, a dining room with piano, a large shared bathroom and a very big kitchen with annex leading onto a beautiful wooden deck in the garden, which leads directly into the 118 acre Racecourse Park.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use all communal spaces, which include bathrooms, the 2 lounges and dining room, the kitchen, laundry room and garden with deck.

I'm a busy but friendly person and am always happy to advise and assist!

Other things to note
There is free parking outside in our street, but this is limited especially in the evenings after 5pm. There is also free parking nearby on the Racecourse however.
Please note that there is a friendly cat called Max who also lives in the house.

Neighbourhood highlights

Very quiet street with little traffic. Two great artisanal coffee shops very near by. Also a supermarket, a great bakery, a gym, and several amazing pubs within easy walking distance. My garden opens into the 118 acre Racecourse Park which is great for walks, jogs and football. Down the road is a fantastic antique store and the lovely Abington Park with its trees, ponds and fascinating Victorian house museum.
