Rules and Regulations B&B “One step away from..."
Please contact the premises regarding your expected arrival time.
1- The reception service is active by appointment from 8am to 8pm.
It is possible to check-in until 8pm; beyond this time will be requested an extra charge.
Breakfast is available in self-service every morning.
2- The B&B must register their Guests and send a copy of the registration to the Police Department;
for these reasons, Guests will be required to present valid photo identification at check-in.
3- The balance payment is due on arrival, unless otherwise agreed, with cash or valid credit cards (Visa/Visa Electron, VPAY, Maestro, Mastercard, Pagobancomat.); cheques are not accepted.
4- If you wish to extend your stay, please give us as soon as possible in order to facilitate your request.
All extensions are subject to availability and rate change. We reserve the right to treat early departures or reductions in the number of nights as a cancellation and cancellation charges may apply.
5- We remind you that valuables can be kept in your personal safe which is located in the room.
B&B “One step away from..." will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of Guest's belongings or any other property.
Guests will have the keys of the room and the keys to the entrance to the B&B;
in case of loss there will be an extra charge of 25eur for that.
6- The day you check out, please do not forget to collect all your belongings (including items kept in the safe) and to leave the room keys at the reception desk or in the room.
7- Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc in the rooms by Guests is strictly prohibited.
In common areas there are electric kettles and microwave which we hope will meet your needs.
The management is exempt from any liability from accidents caused by the use of appliances that you own.
8- Cleaning of the rooms takes place daily between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
Guests are kindly requested to leave the room within 11.00am at the latest to allow the housekeeping staff operations.
Towels are replaced daily when needed (please hang them if they can still be used; leave them on the floor if you wish us to replace them);
bed linen is changed every 3 days and when needed.
The Management also provides, upon request, an additional service laundry and ironing.
9- Guests are kindly requested not to move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the rooms or in the common areas without the consent of the management.
If any malfunction is discovered during your stay, please report it to the reception and we will repair it as soon as possible.
10- Please remember to turn off all water faucets, the lights in the room and its facilities as well as the air conditioning, also the one in the bathroom. For a better use of the air conditioning, please keep your door and windows closed.
The water is drinkable throughout the premises.
11- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and in the common areas (Art. 51 Law January 16th 2003, n. 3). Common areas are under video surveillance (in accordance with the Privacy principles, obligations and requirements published April 28th 2010).
12- The use of WIFI is free of charge, the signal covers all rooms.
The use of the internet computer in the reception area is free of charge.
13- For security reasons, we recommend not to leave children without adult supervision in the room or in the common areas.
14- Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay without being accompanied by their parents. Also for security reasons, Visitors are welcomed only upon request to the management.
There is no time limit for the return evening, respecting the neighbors and silence in the common parts of the building and rooms.
15- We accept little house-trained pets; Guests who travel with pets are kindly requested to not leave them alone in the room. Therefore we regret that we must ask for a pet deposit to cover any unexpected eventualities and we hope you'll understand. A refundable pet deposit of 50eur including VAT will be added to all “pet-occupied" rooms.
16- The Management reserves the right to ask their Guests reimbursement for any damage and / or loss however due to the premises in malicious manner and / or through negligence.
17- Complaints and feedback are strongly appreciated and can help us to improve and make a comfortable stay at our B&B.
This regulation means fully accepted in every point of time of booking.
Failure to comply will result in the immediate removal from the premises without any right of reimbursement and be charged the full amount of the stay, as established in the reservation, as well as the cost of restoring the damage caused to persons or property hosted in the building.
