A group of 7 of us stayed here for a week and it certainly lived up to expectations. Secluded and quiet with great views down to Ibiza town, Playa d'en Bossa and Formentera. There's plenty of room to eat, relax, swim and sunbathe. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen and dining facilities are all well equipped. The only drawback is that the house is quite a long way from the main road. We hired two 4x4s which certainly helped when getting up and down the rougher bits of the steep sections of dirt road. If you are heading out for the night to party, the host has posted a list of local taxi companies who know where the villa is and can pick you up. It's a good idea to mark the location of the villa on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps and when you want to return home to show to the taxi driver so you can navigate your way back. Overall I would highly recommend the villa.

The vill is beautiful and really scenic. We were greeted with crisps and snacks which was a nice touch. We had towels and a nice welcome by jenny. The villa is secluded and difficult to find so it was great to be guided by jenny. Unfortunately we were robbed 4 days in while we were on the property having dinner up on the top deck. This was particularly creepy as the burglars were clearly watching and waiting for us to leave the house and walk up to the top deck. One of the group saw one of the burglars dressed all in black in a balaclava jump over the gate. They stole money and jewellery but left laptops and iPads. They ruffled through a lot of suitcases and tried to enter the property from the top floor first and then didn't manage so went through our front door. Jenny and Selene were very good at responding to us and came and visited the property the next morning. It seems they are interested in hightening the security. I think robberies are very common in Ibiza but I guess it was particularly creepy because these guys robbed us while we were there. We suggest using the safe for wallets and jewellery even while you are in the villa. The property is alarmed so I reckon quite safe while you are out and about. We had a few small other issues like toilets not flushing but jenny/Selene were quick to respond and send a plumber etc. So over all we had a great experience at the property, please do eh aware of the risks of robbery and keeping everything safe and maybe not having a lot of cash hanging around.

Place is as described. Had a wonderful time on our stay. If you are going early season, the pool will be too cold to swim in.

Our only issues were with meeting up on the first day and the location map generated by the information placed on the listing. This location listing took us to Port Des Torrents which was miles away from the actual location of the villa.

This place made our stay in Ibiza fantastic! Jenny met us from the airport and kindly drove some of us up the hill to the villa while the rest of the guys did some shopping - Jenny helped us book a taxi for these guys too. She showed us around and had even brought us some drinks and snacks as welcome gifts, then she left us to it! Throughout our 4-night stay she was available by telephone and very quick to respond to any queries. She helped us a lot with taxis as at times they were a bit of a nightmare due to the business of the island at this time of year. The villa was absolutely incredible - comfy bedrooms and so much space. It looks just like the photos if not better. The views overlooking Ibiza were amazing at night - you can see the planes landing and taking off over the old town which was amazing. We were 8 people for the 4 nights and had ample space to throw a big bbq one day for a few of our friends staying elsewhere on the island. There is a great outdoor BBQ area and we were spoilt for places to eat! The wifi was good and the lounge areas around the pool were perfect - especially the covered double bed outside. This was not one of the main sleeping areas which I originally thought before I arrived, there is a separate annex next to the house sleeping 2 and with a bathroom which I don't think is shown in the pictures. Despite previous reviews we decided not to hire a car as we were out drinking most nights. This did cause a few problems some evenings as the taxis did not always arrive on time or in the right quantity. I think some taxis do not drive to the top of the hill however they do not call you to tell you when they are near. We found walking down the hill to the road a better way to make sure we got taxis for everyone, however some taxis would come right to the house. It would just depend whether the driver knew the villa or not. We stayed in another villa for the last part of our trip and had similar issues with taxis, despite the second villa being in a built-up part of town on flat roads. Ibiza taxis are generally a pain but we always got there in the end. Coming back to the villa from town was never a problem if you could direct the driver. All in all a fantastic trip, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend for groups of friends as well as families. A great stay for a great price!

Jenny was great, the villa was great, the views were spectacular....the outside space just wonderful.....the road however leading to it.....partly due to the torrential rain we experienced while we were there........was a nightmare. The local taxi firm were also very difficult and often just refused to send cars. I was there for a wedding with a group of women and none of us wanted to drive......all of our events meant that some alcohol would be consumed - not large quantities as it was all very chilled but enough to mean that driving was out of the question. The dirt road leading to the villa is very long, very winding and really needs a four by four to negotiate it properly. As long as you take this into consideration you will be fine. Jenny did manage to get some cars for us - but there is only one main taxi firm and they really didn't want to send their drivers up to us. We found some drivers in other areas who were willing to do the journey and we relied on them for most of our stay. If you are coming here you really do need to think about having a car......or you could struggle. The mountain top location was amazing and you do get to be above it all - it is peaceful and the gardens are lovely........just know that the climb up is a challenge and for those that are not so hardy it may be tricky.......
