It offers guests the opportunity to wake up to breathtaking views, be close to the major beaches as well as bars, corner cafe's, city night life. After a busy summer day, guests can cool off in a cold and refreshing 2m deep plunge pool connected to a stunning open plan triple volume living space. Each bedroom is very spacious, with new solid oak floors and amazing views over the natural beauty of Cape Town.
Guests have separate access through the main entrance. Two other tenants have separate access to there own space from the driveway.
Interaction with guests
We will welcome guests, leave an Information folder and be available for telephonic assistance as required.
Other things to note
Two cats will be staying in the main house. They will be looked after by the adjacent tenant and will come and go via a cat flap situated in the kitchen door.
Common curtesy apply.
No loud noise before 7am or after 11pm as the house is situated in a quite residential suburb.
No smoking in the house please.
No pets allowed (besides the two resident cats)
No sharp objects (i.e. high heeled shoes) on wooden floors.
Household content cannot be removed from the house.
Front gated driveway is not available to guests due to current arrangement with existing tenant.
Communal back garden is shared with existing tenant.
Front garden and pool area are exclusive to the main house guests.
The cleaning lady (optional) has her own set of keys and can be available to clean the house by prior arrangement.
Fire only allowed in designated barbecue outside next to the pool area.
