We are offering our beautiful, spacious, detached 3 bedroom home in Danforth Village (east end of Toronto). It is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, just a short walk from Toronto's trendy Danforth neighbourhood, which offers an array of restaurants, cafes, and shoppes. We also live 1/2 a block from the beautiful Monarch Park which has a free public swimming pool and splash pad, children's playground, and many trees.

Appliances include a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, wine fridge, toaster, coffee Bodum, Tassimo, blender, waffle maker. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and dishes are also included.
In the basement there is access to a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack, which is in a shared space with the tenant downstairs.
The rental includes high speed wireless internet, vacuum, an iron, and all linens.
Walk out from the kitchen to a lovely backyard and garden complete with patio, BBQ and outdoor seating for 6. It's a private, fenced, backyard with large trees.

The rental is for the exclusive use of the main floor and upper floor of the house. There is shared access to the basement laundry facilities and the back yard. There is a quiet, respectful tenant living in the basement.
No smoking please. Our cat, Chuck, will need to be fed and given fresh water. Other than feeding, he requires little care (although loves attention) and spends most of his time, including nights, outside. He is extremely friendly and docile.
