With a surface of 40 m2, this lovely apartment is perfect for your next stay in Barcelona!
Entirely renovated in 2013, the building has 8 identical apartments. Your apartment will be assigned to you at your arrival, if you have any preference please let us know, we'll do our best to suit your wishes.
The apartment has a capacity of 4 persons and is very functional with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, washing and tumble drying machine, etc.). It has a double bedroom with a double bed. The very quaint living room has a double sofa bed, a TV with 60 channels in different languages, a folding table for your meals and a built in wardrobe for your personal belongings. From the living room, you can appreciate a small balcony facing the street that lets the light go into all the apartment. With double glass windows, the apartment is very well soundproofed. The bathroom is composed of a shower, a WC and a cabinet with a mirror. We offer our guests towels (one per person) and sheets.
There is also a free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and a digital safe in the apartment.
The building has a video surveillance camera 24 hours a day and the apartment also has its own intercom with video camera.
In addition, there is a client desk on the ground floor open on weekdays from 9am to 8pm and on weekends from 10am to 2pm.
Located in the Eixample area, it is very well connected by bus (19 to Barceloneta beach, 51 to Ciutadella Park/Born Area and 55 to Plaza Catalunya) and metro stations (L4 Girona and L4, L5 Verdaguer). It is located at a 5 minute walking distance from the Sagrada Familia church, 15 minutes to the Born area or Paseo de Gracia, the main shopping avenue of Barcelona and 20 minutes to Plaza Cataluña!
In the corner you will find a small grocery store open every day, a pharmacy, an outpatient clinic for emergencies, a post office, a bakery, an ATM, a beauty and massage salon, restaurants, public car parks, etc.

Other things to note
As from 1 November 2012, the local authorities charge a tourist tax to all visitors to Catalonia over 16 years of age. Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.
The tax rate is 0.65 euro + VAT = 0.72 euro per person, per day. A maximum of 7 days is charged. The tourist tax must be paid to the member of staff checking you in, upon arrival at the apartment.

1- The interior of the apartment is a non-smoking area. Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke and put cigarette butts in an ashtray.
2- It is important to keeps noise levels to a minimum in the common areas of the building as well as in the apartment. It is not permitted organize parties in the property. In Barcelona you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurants where you can have a great time without disturbing anyone and compromising your stay. Please note the times when silence is required in Spanish towns: Monday – Friday: (phone number hidden) Saturday – Sunday: (phone number hidden)- Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.
4- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.
5- Missing objects or damaged items: the payment of a deposit does not constitute a waiver of the owner's right to claim for further compensation.
6- Loss of keys: the tenant must pay for the lock to be changed and for copies of the keys to be made.
7- Whenever you leave the apartment, please: (a) turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and (b) lock the doors securely behind you.
It is important to contact us if something happened in the apartment during your stay; something is broken by mistake, missing object, something very dirty, ets).
The best way for Ezequiel and me to resolve any incidence in the apartment is while you are there so we have time to do something and agree with you whatever it is.
