This spacious 200 m2 house located in the quiet of a small hamlet will allow you to experience pleasant and friendly moments with family, friends, or as part of business trips.

The house, terrace and enclosed garden without overlooking neighbors will be entirely privatized.

The space
On the ground floor you will arrive through a large entrance overlooking the beautiful living space with living room and dining room, open to the outside thanks to large bay windows.

The equipped kitchen, the back kitchen, and a first bathroom with toilet are located on the same level.

Taking the beautiful wooden staircase you will reach the spacious mezzanine. It can either serve as a universe for children or be considered a 4th sleeping space thanks to the convertible sofa bed.

The first two bedrooms each have a double bed with a dressing room. For your information, the first bedroom does not have a Velux blind, it will be installed soon. The last one is composed of two single beds (90 x 140) with also a storage space.
