Interaction with guests
Due to new NYC regulations, I will greet all guests for check-in, and I will be on the premises every day during your stay. If hosts are not at the property during your stay, we are subject to large fines and eviction under NYC rules. I'm constantly trying to find a balance between abiding by all current rules and regulations, and giving guests the space they need to enjoy their trip.
I make an effort to get to know all of my guests, so don't be surprised if I offer to take you out for coffee or a glass of wine. If you have any questions, or would like to contact me, I'm always available via the AirBnB app :D
