Enjoy time together with family or friends in our lovely summer home. Spend time by the pool, barbecue, or relax under the cherry tree.

This is our home away from home and it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Such as fully equipped kitchen, board games, and toys.

The garden is large and filled with fruit trees and many fun activities such as ping pong, badminton or football.

Visit lake Velence only 5 min away or go for a hike in the beautiful forest 500m from the house.

The space
The house has 3 floors.
On the middle floor you find the large kitchen that is very well equipped. There is also a bathroom with toilet, and bathtub.
On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with one 160cm bed, one 90cm bed and a children’s bed that is 70*170. There is a large bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub. You can also find the laundry machine here.
On the top flor there are two bedrooms. Being a typical summer house for this area the stairs between the floors are outside. Out of the 2 bedrooms upstairs one (the “green room”) has two 140cm beds and the other has one 140cm bed. All bedrooms are equipped with fans and mosquito nets.

There is a terrace with a beautiful view of the Velence lake and Sukoró valey. Outside the kitchen you find a dining table and by the pool the are sun loungers, a sofa group and outdoor shower. Another beautiful spot to enjoy is the sofa group under the cherry tree.

Or why not play some ping pong or go down to the grass area at the lower garden to play football, badminton or maybe role our your yoga mat.

Guest access
You have access to the whole house, pool and garden except for a small storage room and the basement.

Other things to note
This is a summer house that is not used all year around, therefore central heating is not available.
Heating of the pool is possible, available upon request.

The small, calm and picturesque town of Sukoro is located on beautiful green hills by the Velence Lake. The area has both summer houses as well as residents. The landscape is filled with fruit trees and wines. Go for a hike in the forest, a swim in the lake, or drink some local wine at the wine cellars only 5min walk away. There is a lovely coffee shop close by and several restaurant within 5-10 drive away. There is also a mid sized food store 10 min away by car.
