The space
Step into a bright and spacious high-floor studio in Elite Business Bay Residence, designed with a clean, modern layout and high ceilings that enhance the sense of space. Large windows and sliding doors open to a private balcony offering beautiful canal views with the Burj Khalifa visible in the distance.

The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed with premium linen, complemented by a single rollaway bed to accommodate a third guest. A cozy seating area with sofa and coffee table creates a relaxed living space, while the dining table doubles as a practical workspace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and all essential cookware, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. A washing machine (washer only) and ironing facilities add to the convenience.
