The space
Our 27 m2 studio is a 2-minute walk from the beach, Port-Frejus and the nature base with multiple activities.
Tobacconist, Bakery, Auchan, Laundromat, restaurants, McDonald's, bus stops... are nearby.
Enjoying a small balcony adorned with synthetic grass, a small round table and two chairs, which will allow you to have breakfast or an aperitif outdoors, a small view of the port is available to you.
In the living room, a brand new 140 cm sofa bed with a real 21 cm mattress will comfortably accommodate 2 people. The kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob and refrigerator will allow you to cook comfortably and have a meal with ease on a table designed for 4 people. A connected Samsung TV is also available with a terrestrial antenna with all the essential channels. With the wifi coming from an SFR fiber box, you can also enjoy your favorite apps and continue to follow your series as if you were at home! 😊.
For a little air, two LED ceiling lights with fans are in the living room.
In the cabin/entrance area, a bunk bed with new mattresses allows for sleeping for two additional people, making it a very nice apartment for a family stay with children. A safety barrier with access ladder can be installed or removed at the choice of the occupants
Some storage, cupboards, dresser allow you to store your belongings.
The completely refurbished bathroom (February/March 2025) has an Italian shower, an electric towel dryer with blower and toilet.
Please note that sheets and bathroom linen are not provided, but can be provided if necessary for an extra 10 euros per bed, and 5 euros per person for bathroom linen. Send me your request by message at the time of booking if interested😊.
Don't be afraid to use your car!!! A space in a parking lot enclosed by an electric gate is intended for you. It also has a parking barrier so that no one can park there during your travels.
