The story of Monet Garden………
Hualien County is located in Eastern Taiwan, next to the East Riff Valley national scenic areas and Pacific Ocean, where you can enjoy the picturesque mountains, deep blue seas, clear skies. The unspoiled beauty makes this one of the last pristine areas in Taiwan.
The beauty of Liyu Lake can rival Lake Louise. The villages around the lake are simple and peaceful, just like Xanadu! The Han Chinese and Aborigines, including Ami, Puyuma, Bunun, Truko, and Sazikaya, live together harmoniously and get along well. You can personally experience the enthusiastic ebullience of the Aborigines and the largest variety of Aboriginal culture.
The Monet Garden is located near the Liyu Lake. The host, Joe Chang, was a journalist. After retirement, as he has a great affection for the coffee beans from Guatemala volcano, he brought them in and roasted them at the Monet Garden. This place displays the romantic Latino features and mysterious Mayan Style.
The Monet Garden is a cozy and clean B & B accommodation. Stay here to enjoy rural living nearby the lake, and leave a lasting memory!
