In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all of our guests, we have established the following terms and conditions. In the event of any violation,　We may refuse your stay.　　At the time of making a reservation, it is assumed that all members of the group have agreed to the terms of use.
【About facility use】
・Those who do not apply for accommodation cannot use the facilities.
・We do not allow groups of only minors（under 18 y/o） to stay.
・Do not disturb the morals and security of the neighborhood, or play musical instruments without permission.
・If there is damage or loss to the building, furniture, equipment, etc. actual costs will be charged.
・Please be careful not to injure yourself by falling inside the facility or by the pool.
We do not take any responsibility.
・Please wear a swimsuit in the open-air bath.
【Prohibited matter】
・Smoking is prohibited in the entire building, and the only smoking area is by the pool.
・From the viewpoint of consideration for the neighborhood, please refrain from talking or talking on the phone outside, or on the deck after 21:00.
・Fireworks cannot be used.
【Regarding the use of the pool】
・The water heater is available only during the period decided by us from April to October.

・People with infectious or contagious diseases are prohibited from using the pool.

【Regarding pet’s stay】
・It must be a pet dog kept indoors. (No other animals are allowed)
・1 Large dog or 2 small dogs can be accompanied, please let us know the breed and umbers.
・Please bring the rabies vaccination certificate.
・Fleas, ticks, and parasites must be exterminated and prevented.
・Must be toilet trained indoors. (If you are unsure, please wear dog a diaper.)
・Before entering the room from the outside, please remove the dirt.
・You can’t let dog be on the bed. Please put your dog to sleep in a pet bed or your own cage.
・If your dog made a mistake such as pee, be sure to clean it up by wiping it off, and report the location to our staff before checking out. (We will thoroughly deodorize the dog so that the next dog does not do in the same place.)
・The following equipment is ready. No dog food is provided.
