Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Hanging washing in common areas or over the balcony railing is strictly prohibited and may result in fines. Please use the clothes horse provided, which can be placed on the balcony for your convenience.
Only use the Pedestrian Gate for entering via foot. Using the Vehicle gate on foot is strictily prohibited and a fine of R 1000 will be issued to the guest for any transgressions.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony. A fine of R 1000 will be issued for any transgressions and the fine will be charged though airbnb.
