1.Most important: please always mind the neighbours. No noise in the hall and stairway and please close the front door quietly.
2.Last one to go to bed, please remember to lock the front door and both doors to the garden.
3.Absolutely no smoking in the house.
4.In the garden, please no loud talking for the neighbours.
5.Close all doors and windows before leaving the house.
6.On very hot days, please water the garden plants in the evening.
7.A request: maybe the children could feed and give water to our rabbit Tony every day. If not, please inform our hostess, then she will come by everyday to do this. Our hostess will clean the rabbit-house. Thank you!
8.Please be carefull at opening windows in room on second floor at the front side of the house, as you do not want to fall out (!).
9.Electric sun screen: please use remote control for up and down and close when raining or when leaving the house. Cushions (2) for the bank outside are in the hallway. Please put back in the house when rain is expected. Extra parasol is outside and can be used.

Cheap taxi from/to /Haarlem/Schiphol: This taxi service has a fixed fee of E 35,- (up to 4 persons) and E 50,- (for 5-8 persons), book ahead on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). They will request you to gather at the parking spot on ‘Departure 2’ (this means in Schiphol taking the elevator to the first floor of the airport and then go outside, instead of going out at the ground floor of the airport).
Address of the nearest supermarket:
1)There are daily grocery deli-shops just in our street (walk outside our house to the left in direction of church) (100 metres).
2)DEKA supermarkt (simple neighbourhood supermarket) at Meester Cornelisstraat 52, open every day from 08.00 - 20.00. Sunday 12.00 - 18.00. That is a bit further than the church in the neighbourhood (500 metres).

Drugstore: DIO, Etos, opposite the daily grocery deli-shops just in our street (walk outside our house to the left in direction of church) (100 metres).
Boiling water: comes straight from the tap in the kitchen: push ring down and hold down on the second push, boiling water instantly will come out. Be carefull.
Coffee: please use the (new) Nespresso machine instead of the coffee machine. We have some cups for you. Extra can be bought in city centre at Barteljorisstraat 24 (you can walk there from the house).
