Has private bathroom in space, separate entrance, back outdoor area, kitchen sink, basic kitchen supplies. Single person occupancy. Short term availability, monthly, please inquire. Good for employed person who works off site. Work from home not ideal, will require conversation, as the AC cost if your on property full time would be an added cost to discuss.
