The building with a stunning Art-Deco entrance has a 24-hour doorman and is located in a prime location on R. Fernando Mendes, in front of the Excelsior Hotel. Copacabana Palace is in an adjacent block (breakfast or full tea at the Pérgula restaurant is a good experience).
