Terra Perma is a rapidly growing residential, eco-entrepreneur and permaculture community located on over 800 acres of pristine, undeveloped forest in the Laurentian region of Quebec. Rapidly evolving, this land is home to an ecotourism resort, various permaculture based agricultural projects, privately owned residential dwellings and over two hundred acres of protected forest that is managed jointly with the Terra Perma foundation.
The overarching vision of the Terra Perma foundation, as well as its mandate is to maintain environmental integrity and promote sustainable development through permaculture; the science of designing human support systems based on the examples of energy interactions provided by nature. The founders of Terra Perma believe that adopting this guiding principle and contributing to sustainable development in Quebec will benefit and inspire it's residents, partners, surrounding communities and all those who come to visit the project.
Guests at Terra Perma's ecotourism units are invited to explore the private park that consists of over 200 acres of pristine forest, several walking trails and a pristine, undeveloped lake.
