Located a few steps from Meloneras Beach in a very quiet residential complex, it has quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace and balcony, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a community pool.

The space
On the main floor is the entrance, the living room-kitchen and the terrace with two sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils... Even with a device to filter the water so that it is drinkable. In addition, the living room has a Smart Tv with international channels (Spain, United Kingdom, Germany...), all European sports such as the Spanish League, Premier League...
