House Rules

- Please note that instructions are written on post-it notes located next to switches, taps, security panel etc. Please do not remove those notes for the convenience of the next tenant/guest.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed anywhere in the property.
- Please take great care of furniture
- all the inventories in the house shall remain
-Garbage should be tied up securely in bags and carried out to the garbage cans at the street curb.
-The yard is to be kept clear of garbage and debris at all times.
-Tenants/guests should not go to the roof for any purpose. Please keep the doors locked at all times. It is advised that the tenants/guests should carry the house keys with them when outside of the house.
-Children shall be supervised by adults at all times, in particular children shall not be allowed to play or stay alone in the hallways, stairs or the yard, and we shall not be liable from any consequences including injury/damage/anythingelse due to violation of this rule.
-Quiet hours shall be between the hours of 10pm and 8am on weekdays, and 10pm and 10am on weekends. During these hours, tenants/guest may not have parties (including inviting guests to the property), play loud music, operate heavy machinery, or make any loud noises which may disturb their neighbors.
-Tenants/guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests. A violation of the house rules by a guest will be treated as a violation by that tenant/guest.
-Tenants/guests shall not create a fire and/or health hazards, including repulsive odors.
-Tenants/guests shall not make any alteration in the property and its contents.
-Tenants/guests are required to provide access to the owner's contractors in order for repairs to be done. Tenants will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled.
-Pets are not allowed anywhere in the property.
-Tenants/guests shall not disturb the neighbors including not contact the neighbors for advices relating to the city and neighborhood.

Everything was exactly as described. A big room, comfortable bed and pleasant environment. .Very nice and welcoming couple. This is a safe place to be. Highly recommended, believe me you won't be disappointed.
