Everything was ok. A walk away to nightlife and the shops.

Apartment was great, good size for 4 of us, as many have said it is ground floor so can be a bit noisey especially on Saturday night. Neal met us and showed us what was what. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be in that location but maybe not if you are a light sleeper

Just returned from a 4 night stay and all I can say is it was fantastic! Apartment was as described and perfect for 4 adults, it was spotlessly clean and in a quiet location. The apartment was located right next to Little Italy and China town and a few blocks from Nolitta and Soho. Fab location for access to great restaurants and bars. Elizabeth Street has some great places to eat, drink and shop so you don't have to go far at all. Also walking distance to various subway stations to get you access to uptown and the great tourist spots. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend and stay again

Fis was a great host, communicative and responsive, he made every effort to get us all set up and even replaced a leaking airbed at short notice. The location is great, we loved little Italy and China town. The appt is well appointed with two bathrooms and mod cons, the air con worked a treat and even on the hottest weekend of the year we were comfortable. The flat is on the ground floor so there is a little noise but nothing to be concerned about. The only drawback to the place is that the windows are on street level so its not light and airy , but this is new york so unless you plan on spending your days inside its not an issue.

Welcome: Fis was lovely beforehand. In NYC we were passed to 2 other 'associates’. Fis was out of town and then Leo was too. We got a text from Ben who gave us the code for the front door and the apartment keys were left on the table. When I texted asking about local recommendations and the handbook he didn’t reply. We were also told in our 'welcome text' not to answer the front door, as Airbnb is complicated in NYC. Apartment: As photos: clean, well equipped but on ground floor so unable to open the curtains and it was very noisy as we were directly onto the street. Not somewhere we wanted to hang out much. Area: walking distance of lots of good shops and restaurants. Edge of China Town and Little Italy. Overall: We had a good stay in NYC, it is difficult not to. It was a good base for exploring the city.

Didn't get chance to meet Fis but it was an excellent flat in a great location. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, especially liked O'Nieals.

This place is great! Exactly as advertised and very clean on the inside. Located in Chinatown and about 2 blocks from Little Italy. Great location! We were in NYC for the first time for vacation and found this location easy to take the subway to uptown or downtown. I highly recommend it.
