A beautiful riverside suite within the peaceful Tra Que Village – a uniquely picturesque area of Hoi An, unlike any other that you can find in the country, full of lush green rice paddies, vegetable gardens and ponds. This tranquil village the perfect getaway spot for anyone looking for a sweet escape in Hoi An.

Clean, comfortable and just the right amount of social, this will be your home away from home. Come experience it all with us at Christina’s Hoi An, right here in the Tra Que Village!

The space

In this spacious suite, you are able to wake up every morning to the serene riverside of Tra Que Village. It’s the perfect place to return to after an exhausting day out or to just stay in bed all day and read a book from start to finish.
Located on the third block of the villa, this unit measuring approximately 40sq meters, comes equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - a firm but comfortable queen-sized bed topped with soft Egyptian cotton linens, a balcony facing our restaurant, which is perfect for a chat or to do some quiet reading, and of course, an open-concept en-suite bathroom to take a warm shower in after a long day. You even have a tempting marble bathtub to enjoy a relaxing bubble bath as you take in the peaceful view.
Don’t worry about lighting as there will be plenty of natural light shining in through your windows to brighten up your stay! Other included amenities are listed below.
*We do not offer self-service laundry. However, if you wish to have your laundry done, we can arrange it for you at 30k VND per kg and it will take a day (unless requested otherwise).

Guest access

In addition to having 24-hr access to your room, our gardens, and lagoon area, you will also have access to our amazing pool to take a dip in after a sweaty day of exploration or just sunbathe and be lazy. We also have a bar, so how about a pina colada?

Breakfast is all inclusive at the Christina's Joi – Kitchen & Bar from 7 – 10 AM. If you want to cook yourself, we can arrange a set up for you. We’re also down to barbecue, sing campfire songs and chill on the hammocks by the lagoon ;)

Interaction with guests

We put an emphasis on the “social” aspect of our accommodation so we try to be available to our guests as much as possible. Some of our team members even live in the premises. Come hang out with us in the common area or send us a message if you don’t see us around.

Other things to note

We highly recommend that you look into Hoi An Mates, a non-profit organization that offers a free city tour guided by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to get introduced to the magical city of Hoi An. Not to mention, it is a favorite among our guests!
Onetrip also offers an Evening Food Tour to fill your tummy up with what we think are the best local yumyums. Other options include the Secret Waterfall and My Son Sanctuary tours. If interested, do send us a message and we will save you a seat!

Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own - unless your home resembles that of a college frat house, in which case think of your grandma’s home instead =P

With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

NO SMOKING inside the villa. We have designated outdoor areas for this. Anyone caught smoking inside the property will simply be asked to leave without any refund.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent (ie: leaving the gate to our home unlocked), and being disrespectful to those around.

A SOCIAL ACCOMMODATION - We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately something more valuable. We believe that our mission aligns perfectly well with Airbnb’s community. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…if you’re looking for a home away from home, then by all means book with us =)

HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and more responsible community.

CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far, we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please understand where we’re coming from :)

Other than that, all that is left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful stay and that you will fall in love with this magical city just like we did.

Amazing place. Amazing Staff. Amazing location between beach and ancient town. A hidden gem for anyone who wants some relaxation surrounded by small vegtable plots and peace and tranquillity. Easy bike ride or very quick scooter ride to beach and town....highly recommended

Christina's Hoi An is absolutely fantastic. Its location makes it ideal for making the most of both Hoi An town and the beautiful beach down the road. The room we had was a fantastic size and beautifully set out. The team are absolutely fantastic: extremely helpful and full of useful information of things to do around the local area. The restaurant too is fantastic with a great spread of local dishes and their crispy rolls are possibly the best I had in all Vietnam. If you are visiting Hoi An, you need to stay here.

Nice place, good location between beach and town, quiet area. Rooms were great, tasty breakfast buffet, and staff made everything easy. I liked to pool area too. Photographs are accurate, but to be clear: this is a hotel experience, not a house. One design issue that might bother some: toilet area has no door as such, so sounds and smells can emerge. Was one water outage and one electricity outage during my stay. They have a generator so the electricity outage wasn't much impact. Water lasted several hours. It's in a small village and I didn't sweat it. They were active about fixing. Would stay again.

Christina's is located at a beautiful part of hoi an. We loved that it was outside the busy town. You have a couple of nice (home) restaurants nearby were people serve the vegetables that came from their garden. Minty Garden and Baby Mustard are 2 examples. The accomodation it selve is also perfect. Clean and spacious. Christina's people made us feel really welcome. Especially the restaurant staff! Thanks Thuy ('T') for all your good advices!

We booked a room at Giang's place near the farming village, but a day or two before we arrived they messaged to let us know it was under construction and we couldn't stay there. They arranged for us to move to another Airbnb, which was a great location near the beach. We still had amazing service from the staff - they were awesome right from the start and waited for us at the airport even though our flight was delayed until 1:30am. The breakfast was simple, but so delicious (I'll forever dream about the passionfruit jam) and after breakfast they sat with us to share a map and all the great places to see and eat around Hoi An. They arranged a motorbike rental for us within 10 minutes and let us know about the less touristy Hidden beach nearby. They also covered our taxi to and from our next destinations. The room was small, but very clean and had an excellent air conditioner (thank goodness). The bathroom off the room was outdoors with an opening in the ceiling above the shower and window above the toilet. It was a pretty bathroom, but so hot and somewhat uncomfortable to shower with neighbors potentially peering in (not sure if they could see us, but their window overlooked). I might suggest hanging a curtain. Overall, it was a nice stay - clean, great location by the beach and a short drive into Hoi An if you feel comfortable renting a motorbike, and we would recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights. The place is more like a hotel unlike usual airbnb apartment rentals. It is a good place to relax staying away from the crowd. Because of electricity problem, they had to switch on the power generator at 5 a.m. the next morning after we arrived. Because our room was right by the generator, we could not sleep when we were very tired immediately after arrival. They could have waited until 6;30 or 7 a.m. because the front office was the only place using electricity at the time. Wifi was fine 80% of the the time, but became very slow at times. Water supply stopped suddenly when I was taking a shower and there was no water for 2 hours on our final night. Having said the above, overall experience was good and as expected from pictures. The employees are highly motivated and we felt welcome with lots of smile all the time. I do not hesitate recommending this place to my friends. We may stay here again, but we may also want to try another place depending on what's available in the market when we return to Hoi An.

Response from Giang:
Hi Katsunori, thank you feedbacks and we appreciate that you still recommend us despite the minor hiccups. Also, we just want to clarify the generator a bit. We would be happy to keep it off, however, that would ruin all the breakfast that we prepared for that morning. This is why we have the generator to deal with Hoi An's often blackouts during the summer. There was no need for generator to be turned on otherwise. Again, thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you and your friends back soon. =) Team Christina's
