On the edge of the old town, near the C16th church & castle, it has parking outside. It has a large garden on three levels with magnificent views.

Rezzo in an ancient village (Comune) in the mountains, with a hugely historic past, and incredible views. The village has a restaurant and another in a goat farm within short walking distance through the woods. A famous regional restaurant opens at the weekends - La Lavinella - and is about 5 minutes drive away. Pieve di Teco, the nearest large town, is less than 15 minutes drive. Among other things it boasts Italy's smallest full-scale theatre - Teatro Salvini - as well as shops, restaurants and historic Churches and a monestery, and a beautiful covered arcade.
The river Giara, a tributary of the Arroccia, runs through Rezzo valley, with crystal clear plunge-pools for swimming, spanned by four ancient Roman bridges and another from Napoleonic times, all intact and just a short walk away. The Rezzo woods, among the largest in Liguria, are renowned for their mountain and river hiking trails.

- 90 minutes from Nice and Genoa airport; two hours from Turin and 3.5 hours from Milan airport.
Interaction with guests
A local family look after the house and guests for us, but we are available by phone or email at an time.
Other things to note
The road up to it is unpaved, and is not suitable for low-slung cars. But a normal car will make it easily.
Please - no smoking, or too much noise as we have elderly but very friendly neighbours.
