1. Smoking is NOT allowed OR Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The owners is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
7. Parking:
PARKING PASSES – Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. Parking is limited to __1_____ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
-Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Brenda was a terrific host! The house was exceptional, the space was great for our family of five, and had every kitchen thing you could ever need. Brenda leaves the fridge and cabinets with "starter food" like yogurt and bagels and coffee/creamer. Don't go shopping for food until you have looked in the fridge and cabinets! And the Publix grocery story (and liquor store and pizza place) is just half a mile a way. We went to the beach all 4 days, perfect sun. About a 20 minute car ride to MacArthur State Park ($5/car to get in and great waves) and about 25 mins to Boynton Beach ($10/car to get in, quieter waves nice for young families). The house is located in a gated community and so close to the awesome pool and clubhouse with basketball courts and tennis courts. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool. As a lap swimmer I was delighted to workout everyday OUTSIDE. Others commented on the security gate and having to have your id checked, give me a break, the security people were fine and it made me happy to know our kids were able to safely roam the grounds. It is no trouble at all. We packed light and it was great to be able to do laundry everyday. Overall I would highly recommend Brenda and her place. Would go again in a heartbeat.

We spent a great month at Brenda's home in Andros Isle in February 2015. The house was clean - spotless even- when we arrived. Brenda had left juice, bagels, eggs in the fridge. Such a thoughtful gesture. Bathroom supplies were plentiful for the month, as were linens, towels, etc. The location is a very short walk to the clubhouse, and we made regular use of the clubhouse. The workout equipment was excellent and the pool a great place for relaxing and swimming. Neither the pool nor the clubhouse were ever overly busy. We also enjoyed many walks though the neighborhood. Gate attendants were consistently friendly and cordial. The location is very convenient in so many respects. Got to know the area and liked it. We even had occasion to meet a neighbor lady who was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Brenda and her house . Brenda herself could not have been more responsive and helpful. She was a great person with whom to work. We felt right at home - a huge compliment to Brenda!

My friends and I enjoyed our time in Brenda's home. It is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood with places to walk. The house was clean, well kept and accommodating. Brenda took care to follow up and make sure that we arrived and everything was in order.

Lovely home, within a 1/4 mile of my daughter and her family. Brenda has it stocked with every appliance imaginable, more, in fact, than we used by a long shot! Keep in mind this is a gated community, so you have to stop at the gate for admittance each time you come in. That wasn't an issue for us since my daughter drove most of the time, and the gate guards were friendly and courteous the few times we had to stop. Still, you should know.
