Genuine Budapest neighborhood: generations of families. Authentic cuisine at great prices. Walking distance from many tourist attractions. Lots of public transit options. This is absolutely the center of Budapest, 7th district. The Great Synagogue or Tabakgasse Synagogue, which is a historical building and the largest synagogue, Szimpla (Szimpla Kert - Simple Garden) is the pioneer of our ruinpubs. It is really a cult place giving new trends. Undoubtedly the best known ruinpub among the locals and the tourists, as well. Gozsdu udvar is now all bright and filled up to the brim with luxury homes, cafés, restaurants, plus loads of fancy bars. Clearly the new place to be seen at night these days! The Jewish Quarter's busiest and rather narrow lane bears the name Kazinczy Street since 1897, and connects Király Street and Rákóczi Street. Here, you find the Art Nouveau-style Kazinczy Street Synagogue and the Museum of Electrical Engineering, since then, the street is home to street food places like El Rapido Taqueira and Soul Food, but traditional Jewish cuisine also makes its appearance in a classic restaurant environment, like in Macesz Bistro. There is also a swarm of small taverns, ruin pubs, and clubs along Kazinczy Street: Kocka, Ellátó Kert, Mika Tivadar Mulatót. Special events and street parties are also common here.
Lots of buses, tram, trolley and underground (M1, M2, M3 lines) in every direction. Bike lanes in the streets.
Other things to note
A historically neighborhood with a variety of Hungarian culture, you can conveniently find delicious cuisine just a few short blocks in any direction.
No rules :) i trust you.

Hi, my name is Regina Boros, I am from Budapest, Hungary.
I know my apartment is special, and fit for special guests who want something different with style, and not a hotelroom.
I am host since January 2016 and i really enjoy it. I try to do my best to give great service and experience to my guests during their staying.
I love music like Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Joy Division, New Order but i prefer jazz and swing music as well.
My favourite writer is Paul Auster and Haruki Murakami.
I love New York, Brooklyn but Amsterdam and Barcelona are also my favourite places. I used to live in Spain for 3 years (2006-2009).
I'm working now as a "growth hacker" (marketing and communication expert) at OXO Labs ((URL HIDDEN) with startup companies. I also work for a Hungarian startup Yummber ((URL HIDDEN) which is a service like Uber but for food (it connects host and guests for real home food).
