Yuya's place was great for my family of 5. The house was near the station, supermarket, and pharmacy. Yuya was very helpful and patient. Definitely will come back if we ever visit Tokyo again.

We really enjoy staying at your house. Yuya san is a very communicate, humble and proactive host. The house is very comfort. It feels like home, and the facility is complete. I surely will be stayed there on my next visit to Tokyo.

We did not get to see or talk to Yuya, however, we had a great stay in his place... home away from home. The wifis provided really helped as a lot. If ever we will return in Japan, we shall choose to stay again in Yuya's place. Thank you so much Yuya for making us feel we're staying in our own home.

Yuya provided such detailed information how to get to his place. He provided a video and a slide show so there was no way we would get lost on his way to the place. The neighborhood was very quiet and we liked that a lot and even though it was a residential area, it had its conveniences: ramen place that closes at 2pm, grocery store, several mom and pop restaurants, banks, etc. It is far from the downtown Tokyo area (but not too far) so expect at least 2 train line transfers to get where you need to go and up to an hour of traveling for general Tokyo sightseeing. Yuya did provide us detailed information how far and how much our train rides were going to be to arrive at these places. We chose this place because it was away from the city- we just didn't realize the scope of train tranferring within Tokyo's labyrinth train system. Yuya's place has no centralized heating but don't be alarmed when all you see is a wall unit and a stand alone heater. You have to take advantage of the sliding doors and use those to adjust your heat preferences. If you want the kitchen area to be warm and all the other rooms as well, slide all the doors open except the ones that lead out (like the kitchen door). We did not use the second bedroom so we closed that off and kept the kitchen and our bedroom and living room warm. Extra blankets were available. Water heater worked really well and the toilet seat was heated so overall, Yuya's place was a cozy place to stay. If you like to cook at home, the fridge is one of those college dorm sizes. We suggest buying your groceries on a daily basis (the store is a 5 min walk from the house and just right outside the station) because you really have no room. If you prefer to eat out, there are several mom and pop restaurants within the residential area. They are a little pricey but gets cheaper as you get closer to the station.
