HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step off the patio and onto the beachwalk path-- less than 3 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

SECURITY CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION: Doorbell camera showing entry steps and part of driveway; one additional camera at pool equipment enclosure showing only pool equipment and beach path. No other cameras. No audio.

POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).Charge is $400.00 for the first day and $200.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
