This is a legal, self-contained, 2-bedroom, unit in an amazing neighborhood with tons of good food and close to the beach and transit. The house underwent a full renovation 1-year ago. Located next to Woodbine Subway station, Main Street Go station. It takes a few minutes drive to Woodbine Beach, the DVP & the Gardiner.
The suite boasts high ceilings and modern finishes. The open-concept living room/kitchen is filled with natural light and all the conveniences of home including: Kitchen appliances(Keurig coffee maker/kettle etc.), fully stocked kitchen with pans, pots, knives etc. On-site laundry.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large and deep closet for storing suitcases.
The 2nd bedroom has a single bed/chair with desk for working at home. There is an 8 ft long closet for tons of storage.
The sofa in the living room opens up to a double bed with gel mattress. Linens provided if additional guests are identified.
The bathroom has a hair dryer and hair straightener.
All safety measures were considered during construction. The fire marshal and city inspectors have approved all the materials and methods used to build the suite. There are 3 fire alarms and a carbon monoxide detector that will work even if the power is out.
The space especially set up for longer-term rentals. Please message me even if the calendar is booked.

Parking on street free on weekends. Parking can be provided is requested ahead of time at a rate of $10/day. Special long term pricing available.

We are happy to provide you with more info about the suite, travel advice or must-try food spots. To respect your privacy, we will let you approach us. There is a guide book in the suite that has all the information needed to know about the suite and about the area.
Other things to note
The owners live in the unit below. Owners can speak French and little bit of Spanish.
Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at noon. Parties are NOT allowed; parties are 8 or more people. If there is a party, the reservation will be cancelled. The number of guests sleeping over must equal the number on the reservation. Smoking is allowed outside on the front porch. Use the ashtray provided. If evidence of smoking inside is found, your security deposit will be used for professional clean- up. Pets are not allowed.
