This is a legal, self-contained, 2-bedroom, unit in an amazing neighborhood with tons of good food and close to the beach and transit. The house underwent a full renovation 1-year ago. Located next to Woodbine Subway station, Main Street Go station. It takes a few minutes drive to Woodbine Beach, the DVP & the Gardiner.

The space

The suite boasts high ceilings and modern finishes. The open-concept living room/kitchen is filled with natural light and all the conveniences of home including: Kitchen appliances(Keurig coffee maker/kettle etc.), fully stocked kitchen with pans, pots, knives etc. On-site laundry.

The master bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large and deep closet for storing suitcases.

The 2nd bedroom has a single bed/chair with desk for working at home. There is an 8 ft long closet for tons of storage.

The sofa in the living room opens up to a double bed with gel mattress. Linens provided if additional guests are identified.

The bathroom has a hair dryer and hair straightener.

All safety measures were considered during construction. The fire marshal and city inspectors have approved all the materials and methods used to build the suite. There are 3 fire alarms and a carbon monoxide detector that will work even if the power is out.

The space especially set up for longer-term rentals. Please message me even if the calendar is booked.

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at noon. Parties are NOT allowed; parties are 8 or more people. If there is a party, the reservation will be cancelled. The number of guests sleeping over must equal the number on the reservation. Smoking is allowed outside on the front porch. Use the ashtray provided. If evidence of smoking inside is found, your security deposit will be used for professional clean- up. Pets are not allowed.

Both Suzanne and her husband were very accommodating, and despite the fact that Suzanne was out of province, they were able to address concerns that I had. It was easy access to all in the neighbourhood and should you need the subway it was directly across the street. The suit was newly renovated and was very comfortable.

Suzanne was a great host. She was able to accommodate me last minute and always responded quickly to messages. Her place was immaculately clean and located perfectly beside a subway entrance and grocery store. Upon arrival I was greeted at the curb by her and shown inside where she gave me a quick tour and listed a number of restaurant recommendations in the area. I would definitely recommend booking with Suzanne in the future!! Thank you.

Suzanne and Mark were fantastic hosts! My husband and I needed to vacate our house for a couple of weeks while our house was under renovation and we wanted to be close to our home, while easily accessible to public transportation. The apartment was EXACTLY as pictured! Very clean, fully equipped, spacious, literally steps to the subway. Suzanne and Mark were always accessible for any question we had. The apartment is beautiful, recently renovated, beds were comfortable, we couldn't have asked for a better rental. If you have a car, parking is accessible, but not convenient. The Valu Mart across the street made food options easy, and we could enjoy the local restaurants too. If you need a place for a week end or long term, this will work perfectly for you. We had no issues, it was a great experience with great hosts.

This apartment is just as described but better! Both the beds are exceptionally comfortable with good linens. The kitchen is clean and ready to go. I cooked a few big meals here and there was a nice choice of pots and pans and serving bowls. In spite of being on a fairly busy road, it was quiet. The subway line was just a 1 min walk and made getting around Toronto very easy and fast. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

The place is clean and well appointed as advertised. I took the train from Ottawa for a conference in Toronto. From Union I was able to grab the Go train to Main street station which was a 10 Minute walk to the apartment. What I really liked about this place is the grocery store across the street. I went there to pick up quick meals and snacks. Super convenient. In the mornings I would walk back to the Main st Go station which took 10 minutes to get to Union. From there I walked out of the Air Canada Centre entrance and was at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in less than 10 minutes. Could not be easier.

This place is perfectly located and is in top notch shape. My wife and I drove down to Toronto for holiday shopping. We took the subway 2 steps away the rest of the weekend to avoid traffic and paying for parking. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the Eaton Centre. We left the kids at home but we would definitely come back with the kids in the summer to enjoy the beach. There is plenty of space in the entry way for a stroller and Suzanne said she can install a baby gate if we give her a little notice. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be close to everything but does not want to deal with downtown prices/traffic/parking.
