POOL HEATING: Please note that if you choose to heat the pool, there will be a $35 per day charge which must be paid before heating.
PAYMENT: All monies are due at booking. Rates include 11.5% Palm Springs rental tax.
•Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all advance payments; Renter will not be permitted to check in and will forfeit all rights under this lease agreement.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK – RELEASE OF LIABILITY – HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
Renter, Guests and Visitors all agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owners Representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, bodily injury, accident, illness, paralysis and death to the fullest extent permitted by law, irrespective of any alleged negligence of Owners and Owners’ service agents.
Renter, Guests and Visitors understand that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” the premises, and accept the risk or harm to any children on property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the pool/spa, fire or glass in the fireplace, etc. Renters and Guests’ personal supervision is absolutely required to avoid the risk of injury or death.
NON-SMOKING HOUSE: The house is strictly a non-smoking house. If housekeeping detects smoke in the house, Renter is responsible for all damage caused by smoke and at a minimum will be charged for a thorough deep cleaning of the house, up to and including forfeiture of the agreement without refund of any security deposit or other monies paid.
CONTENTS OF THE HOUSE: Renter should ask Owner any questions regarding the contents of the house i.e. kitchen utensils, cable TV options, etc. prior to making the reservation to ensure they are happy with all on offer. Owner is happy to answer questions via email (EMAIL HIDDEN)
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A Security/ Damage Deposit of $500 is required to be paid on making the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable per AirBnb's rules less itemized deductions.
Renter agrees to notify Owner upon check-in or within 24 hours of check-in regarding any housekeeping complaints, observed damage, or other existing issue.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of overnight guests is 6. The presence of unapproved Overnight Guests will result in eviction and a loss of all monies including forfeiture of deposit.
