LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS

-> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs.
-> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments.
