The property ……
Laurelbank is a traditional stone building in the Conservation Area of the City of St. Andrews. From its central location on the Lade Braes Walk it commands uninterrupted views over the rolling hills of Wester and Easter Balrymonth leading to Crail and the North Sea. Lade Braes Walk is traffic free but a 50 metre walk will take you to the West Port which is the entry to South Street the main street for restaurants, pubs and shops and leads directly to the Cathedral, the Castle and the East Beach.
The Old Course and the West Beach is approx. 650 metres away which is a gentle 15 minute stroll but it usually take longer as one can be easily distracted by shops and quaint houses that hide within discreet closes (alleys).
The property is available for summer lets from 22nd June until late August. Please feel free to get in touch should you have any questions or would like to enquire about bookings!
No smoking indoors please. Pets welcome.
