Please note when booking the Sand Suite it is connected to the main house. We do have 3 more alternative guest suites (available via the your host link) which are detached. The Sand Suite is the most affordable of the 4 Luxury Suites available on the property due to the noise potential. The Sand Suite is located in Byron Bay with kitchenette, TV/Dvd, bathroom with shower, separate freestanding bath, outdoor deck space, wifi, aircon, fan and plunge pool access.
The guest suite is a beautifully furnished space and has been designed for a hotel like stay. It has been newly fitted with all that you need for a comfortable getaway; a luxurious king size bed, wifi, TV/dvd, bathroom with shower/basin and toilet, separate freestanding bath and basin area, aircon, fan, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, fridge; no cooking facilities), tropical outdoor deck space with marble table and bench seats as well as comfortable chairs and side table to help you unwind. The access is separate from the house and you will have your own private deck space. Enjoy access to our new plunge pool and poolside relaxation deck space. The internal access into the main house is not in use making your space private and secure.
We are located in a beautiful spot in perfect walking distance to everything! The Iconic Beach Cafe is also only a short walk away and is definitely worth a visit with its absolute beachfront location and breathtaking sunsets.
This is a perfect base for guests wanting to explore the best that Byron Bay has to offer and is within easy walking distance to Jonson Street where you will find delicious restaurants, the cinema, great shopping, art galleries, farmers market, craft markets and the vibrant street life that Byron Bay has long been famous for. Woolworths is only 3 blocks away.
Although the listing says 2 guests we do allow couples travelling with a baby (would have to provide your own port a cot).
Please note the Sand Suite is attached to the main house and is sound proofed; although we do have children so some noise is to be expected.
If you require an iron and ironing board during your stay please let me know as we have these available for guest use just not permanent in the suites for safety reasons.
The property is located at 59 Carlyle Street, Byron Bay NSW 2481, although guest parking and access is via the rear of the property at the top of Marvell Lane. If you have any trouble finding us please feel free to call. You will have access to wifi and full use of the brand new plunge pool and poolside relaxation space.
Interaction with guests
The space is private so interaction is up to our guests; We are more than happy to converse with guests and offer local advice if the guests are wanting that also; otherwise we are happy to give the guests space.
Other things to note
Although the guest suite is attached to the house it is like a private studio with separate access and facilities.
Please note: being a residential area there are some standard house building projects which pop up from time to time; currently the neighbours are extending. This is restricted to Monday to Friday and only until 4 pm daily.
Not a space for entertaining other friends just a quiet space for our guests only :)
