Description

The space

You will be sleeping in a cozy bedroom with two big windows and a big comfy bed (160cm).

Guest access

During your stay you can use the kitchen, we can cook something together or you can simply use our tableware for a takeaway or a quick meal. We don't have a table in the kitchen but our living room and two tables in the garden work just fine :)

Interaction with guests

We both work during the day but will be happy to assist you in the evenings or on the weekends.

The neighbourhood

It's a quiet residential area of Munich Untermenzing. There is a church opposite to the house so get ready for some bell-ringing at noon.

Getting around

It's a perfect location for someone traveling by car. There is a plenty of parking space in front of the house. You need 20-25 minutes by car to the city center.
Hey, bike riders, you will find us on warm shower ;-) If you come by bike, you can park it in our garden.
The closest bus stop is about 5 minutes away, it will take you to the S-bahn S1 (quick train to the center) and to U3 (underground train). To the center it's an about 15min ride, 10 min to Dachau, if you want to visit the memorial.
You can also skip the bus altogether and walk to the suburban train S2, it's a 15-min walk.
If you're arriving late, we will be happy to pick you up from the S-bahn station so you don't have to wander around.

Other things to note

Our bathroom is pretty small. There is everything that you need incl. a bah tub, but still... could be a bit larger!

No smoking

A lovely house in a ground floor apartment. Anna and Fryderyk made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is within walking distance to the train station and then just a few stop to the centre of Munich. Recommended.

They are very friendly and helpful, we feel very comfortable in their place. The room is big and nice, and the house is near the S bahn (less than 20 min walking). We arrive in Octoberfest very fast. We recommend!

Fryderyk and Anna were nice hosts in the small but comfy appartment. We felt save inside the house and the mood in house was peaceful. When we had a question we got a good answer.

We take occasional trips around Europe although we used airbnb in the US and in Puerto Rico, both of which were great experiences.

Hope to see you soon!
