Heres why our home should be your top pick!

This awesome three bedroom two story home has a large deck and fenced oceanside yard (great for kids!) with a magical banyan tree, a hot outdoor shower and is the CLOSEST home to sharks cove marine life preserve with some of the best snorkeling on the island! It is oceanfront with lots of exploring on the immediate rocky shoreline and when the waves get big the large tide pool is fun to swim in. While there is a sandy beach right outside our gate, the closest ocean access to the cove is rocky. The layout of the home is, downstairs- kitchen/dining/living, king bedroom and bathroom with bathtub, upstairs- master oceanfront king bedroom with its own deck, second bedroom with two full beds, shared bathroom. Each bedroom has Air Conditioning, its own TV with cable, and of course we have wifi! We have two gated off street parking spots.

Have you been to the North Shore before? Are you familiar with our PRIME location? To the South a short walk is Sharks Cove food truck court with lots of eating options, a surf shop where our guests get discounts on equipment rentals, Fodland grocery store, Three Tables Beach- the most protected beach for year round swimming on the North Shore and less than a mile from the house is Waimea Bay and Waimea Valley. To the North is the start of a (3?) mile bike/ running path running parallel to a stretch of sand home to the worlds most famous surf breaks...we are less than a mile from Pipeline. Also nearby is a great skate park, park, playground, basketball and tennis courts.

Quote sent is based on OCCUPANCY, Our base rate is for 2 people, and policy is $50/person/night. other guests including day guests will mean additional fees. If not already addressed and if applicable, if you have children coming with you how old are they? We have some kid toys, a pack-n-play and even a stroller available. We are STRICT on 9pm-8am quiet time. Check in time is 3pm, check out is 10am, however we will do our best to accommodate your early check in/ late check out needs.

BEACHFRONT PIPELINE SOLAR HOME- Our beach house (open floor plan 3 bed, 1 bunk but only 1 closed bedroom and 1 bath) with its custom coconut interior sits directly in front of one of the world's greatest waves and Oahu's most dynamic beach with- waves that bring spectators from around the world, fall/spring swimming lagoons, and more common surprisingly uncrowded days.
THE PIPELINE LODGE AT WAIHUENA FARM- If you are looking for more/or less space or perhaps a reduced price on this trip or ones in the future, you might consider the Lodge- a 4 bedroom, two story, two bath home directly across the street and up a short hill from our beach house you inquired about. It can either be rented as the top floor (1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen) for individuals or couples, the bottom floor (3 bedrooms each with queens and two with bunks, 1 bath, plus additional hot outdoor shower, kitchenette, large outdoor grill), or both levels can accommodate large groups. Views are awesome, the kitchen/living room is on the upper level the and from the large decks with outdoor seating on both levels and hillside perch you can really enjoy the natural beauty and some of the remaining open space (and our neighboring 1000 acre Pupukea Paumalu forest reserve) on the North Shore.
YURT- Located just below the Lodge, if you love camping this is for you!
All homes have WIFI, snorkel gear, bikes for our awesome bikepath and surfboards- upon request.

Failure to remove your trash from the property before your departure will result in appropriate deductions from your security deposit, or additional charges if exceeds security deposit waiver coverage.

- There will be NO PETS in the home or on the property at any time without written permission of the owner.
- There will be NO SMOKING in the home. If you smoke outside, please remove all cigarette buts and put in garbage can.
- There will be NO CATERING OR OUTSIDE MUSIC PERMITTED without the prior written consent of the owners.
- There will be NO FIRES on the property at anytime due to extreme threat of forest fires.
- There will be NO SUBLETTING or ASSIGNING to other parties.

Agent hereby discloses that the ocean near the Island of Oahu constantly changes with the tide, moon phase, time of year, weather conditions and other factors that are beyond any person's control. Agent cannot guarantee that there will be a certain amount of sandy area, nor can Agent guarantee the beach and water conditions during Guest's stay. Guest is hereby advised that the ocean and reefs are inherently dangerous, that Hawaiian waves and currents are much stronger than those existing in other areas and that extreme caution must be exercised by anyone who chooses to participate in any ocean activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY/INSURANCE POLICY/SECURITY DEPOSIT
For Guest(s) own protection, it is strongly recommended that Guest purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is available, and is the sole responsibility of the Guest(s) to secure. -Any owner or guest (s) cancellation must be in writing and an e-mail with confirmation will meet our requirements. If the cancellation is at the owners request a full refund will be made to the guests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1.We recommend renting a car / No Honking / Drive Slow and be quiet at all times. Please do not honk your horn at anytime or spin your tires when leaving the driveway or property. Also as a courtesy, please drive slowly in/out and around the surrounding streets.
2.Sand and dirt- Please make sure all guests wash or wipe the sand & dirt off their feet every time before entering the house.
3.Please make sure hoses are turned off completely when you are finished using them and report any leaks.
4.When going to the beach please use the beach towels provided. Do not use bath towels for the beach. When returning from the beach, please rinse bodies and feet using the outdoor hose. Please make sure to shake the sand out of the beach towels and beach mats before coming inside.
5.Wet swimwear: Please do not lounge in wet swimwear inside the house.


RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration for the right to occupy the vacation rental, the current occupants acknowledge and agree as follows:
1.Guest(s) agree to inform any and all people who will be on the property at the request of guest(s) or by invitation of the guest (s), of the terms and conditions, and to monitor compliance with terms and conditions.
2. Guest (s) agrees to hold owner(s) and agent(s) free and clear of any liability for damage to self or property, resulting from accident, injury, loss of enjoyment resulting from events beyond the owner and agents control (e.g., The weather).
3.Guest(s) acknowledges that the release and indemnity provisions in paragraph 2 apply to all claims for injury or damage resulting from any cause, including the negligence of any party released herein. I further acknowledge that this agreement shall be binding on all family members, guests, including minors, guardians, heirs and any executor or personal representative or beneficiary.
4.Guest(s) agrees that this Agreement should be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. If any section or part of this Agreement is held not to be enforceable under the applicable law, the remainder of the Agreement shall be enforced. The release and indemnification provisions of this Agreement do not apply to reckless or intentional acts. Unless such provisions are permitted by the applicable law.
5.This Agreement is subject to the laws of the state of Hawaii. Any disputes are subject to be settled by binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.
6.I state that I am 18 years of age or older and legally competent to sign this Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement. I understand that these terms are contractual and not a mere recital. I have signed this document of my own free act.
7.Guest(s) agree to hold owner and agent free and clear of any liability for damage to self or property, resulting from accident, injury, loss of enjoyment resulting from the weather or inoperable appliances or equipment (including hot tub, barbeque, etc)

The house was in such a perfect location! Walking distance to delicious food trucks and the supermarket, with a beautiful view of the ocean we watched many gorgeous sunsets, and Meleana was great to deal with and very helpful.

The location of the house is wonderful and we loved snorkeling in Shark Cove. The house is in need of a few repairs/updates and there are 2-3 homeless people who live next to the house (seems like a permanent situation). I think for the price you pay this should be in the description or maybe the owners can offer them alternative accommodation when the house is booked. The urination next to the house is not ideal and you can smell it in the garden. The AC in the big bedroom with 2 double beds wasn't working properly which was uncomfortable for 4 people that were staying in there. We told Meleana about these problems but didn't get an update on her progress. This house could be great and I think the owners should care a little more for a large group who are paying a lot extra per night. They seem over-stretched with the amount of houses they are looking after.

aloha future guests, perhaps lisa got wrong impression that i was not working to address issues she was having as i was unable to take face to face time when i stopped by with a new coffee pot that (URL HIDDEN) children were asleep in the car...i did call our AC company and a week later am still in line for service! hawaii has a large houseless population who moves regularly.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay at Meleana's place. The location is tough to beat with incredible snorkeling in the backyard and the grocery store and food trucks just a quick walk away. We'd be happy to come back again for a group or family vacation! There are a lot of rules to keep track of which really was the only downside but that seems to be par for the course in the north shore to prevent house parties, and was worth it given how great the house was. Overall, wonderful stay, thank you!

My family and I had a great time on the North Shore and enjoyed our stay at Meleana's house. Meleana was easy to communicate with and the views from the house are beautiful! This was a great house. Walking distance to food trucks, grocery store, beach and tide pools. Our 1 year old son loved playing in the backyard and tide pools. Comfortable home.
