Spacious flat (>83 m2) on the 10th floor of the new building.

Features 2 rooms: big air-conditioned living-room (>42 m2) with a big sofa, which converts into double-bed, big LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen. It also has big sunny windows with the view, and a balcony.
Other room is a bedroom with a double bed.

Kitchen is equipped with all amenities for cooking, oven, microwave, fridge, etc.
Bathroom has a big jacuzzi and a shower.

Possible for accommodation of max 5 people: 3 can use a living-room (comfortable sofa for 2 on the pictures, single bed is available on request) and a couple in the bedroom.
