Situated opposite Southsea Common with the seafront beyond. This tastefully furnished property offers easy access to the hovercraft to the Isle of Wight, Gunwharf Quays shopping, Southsea, and it’s wide selection of great cafes, bars and restaurants, along with all the historical sites Old Portsmouth has to offer. A few minutes’ walk from the 4 miles of beach Southsea has to offer.

The space
A light and airy apartment, in a Victorian villa, situated near the seafront in Southsea. Perfect for a break on the South Coast.
The bedroom has a double bed, measurements 190cm x 135cm.

The key box on the wall by the front door gives access to the building, the apartment is situated on the first floor with stairs only.

Other things to note
Parking is situated on the street outside and covers a number of neighbouring streets in the KC zone. Parking permits will be provided for the duration of your stay.

It should be noted that it's good to park early as later in the evening, it can be a little more difficult. During peak times you may have to park a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
