This unit is conveniently located the village close to everything but still in a quiet location. Easy walk to everything so a car is not required. Free shuttle to lifts across the street. Marketplace, restaurants, shops, banks, all close by. Hot tub.

The space

Ground floor entry with closet and ski storage. Bikes can be stored in a locked bike room in the garage. Free parking.
Hot tub is just out the front door to the right in the driveway circle.
Electric BBQ on deck off of dining area.

Door is a keyless entry.
All parts of the property are available to guests except a closet for housekeepers.

Other things to note

For free shuttle, just walk out to Northlands Blvd and catch the bus on the other side of the street, It normally runs every 10 minutes.

House Rules

Guests are expected to observe quiet hours in most properties from 11PM to 8AM.
On departure, garbage is to be taken to the closest disposal bin.
Start dishwasher and leave the kitchen tidy.
Basic cleaning is included in the cost of the accommodation, however, if there is excess cleaning required, we will have to charge the guest.

Excellent place to stay for a weekend (or longer) in Whistler. Great location - walkable to everything, but also quiet and peaceful. Very easy access from the main road and has secure parking underground. Everything was very smooth - would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay and a delicious dinner for NYE. I recommend this place for groups from 4 to 6 people. It's really close to the market and olympic plaza, great location. We didn't even have to the take the shuttle to get to the gondolas. The description is accurate

The listing description was accurate and the interior of the accommodation was clean and comfortable. We found the location fairly quiet and secluded, but very convenient for the local supermarket. It was a 10 minute walk to the main part of the town.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment in an amazing location near the center of Whistler. Yet it was very quiet most of the time! The place was clean and comfortable. Excellent bed and free parking a bonus. Two issues to note, though. First, the listing is misleading in that it states that the apt. has a ground floor entrance. That is true, but the listing does not state that the rest of the apt. is on the 2nd and 3rd. floors. Since I was in Whistler to race Ironman Canada, I wanted a ground floor apt. and naive me thought a ground floor entrance meant a ground floor apt. Walking up and down to the 3rd floor bedroom was not enjoyable. The host should have been clear about what floors the apt. actually was on. Also there was a request upon arrival to fill out a paper form with my credit card information as a deposit in case extra cleaning was necessary or there was a lost key. I don't mind leaving a deposit (and AirBnB does allow the host to request a deposit through them), but I do not want to leave my credit card information on a piece of paper that was never picked up and anyone with access to the apt. would be able to see and copy.

Ironman. 2 sets of stairs! vs. 2.4 miles of swim, 180 km on a bike, 26 miles running.. :) Without a credit card on file, we have no recourse in case of loss or damage in our properties.

Perfect location for us- family with two kids. 5min walk to marketplace and great eats- crepes, sushi, mount Currie coffee, sbux/blenz. Free bus to lifts super close. Well equipped kitchen, clean space, good layout (bdrm on top floor). Loved fireplace. Had issue with garburator but was fixed next day. Would def consider this place again.
