The studio loft is a no-smoking space, though smoking outside away from the structure is permitted • Welcoming children is not always possible • Please do not burn candles or incense in the apartment or expose a naked flame of any kind • Pets are not allowed • For safety and security, only registered guests are permitted in the studio loft or on the grounds • For guests who will want to walk on the trails we ask that the Grounds Guide, available at check-in, is studied and the slip, trip and fall risks involved with sloped terrain are understood as well as the risks from hazardous flora, fauna, insects and reptile life that is common to the area.

Welcome! We met in Scotland over 38 years ago. Over the years, we’ve extensively traveled throughout Europe and Asia and experienced many cultures and gathered ideas for living and hospitality. One passion is presenting freshly crafted wholesome breakfasts on an elegant tabletop. We seek to spoil you. We have four grown children. A daughter working in finance who recently obtained her M.A. in Gastronomy. A son serving as a U.S. Army Officer married to a Veterinary Doctor. Another son who works for a global technology company and another daughter who is pursuing Early Childhood Development at a local Technical College. Our boxer dog Nutmeg enjoys her time meeting guests, her walks, napping and showing no interest in the new duck family! Safe travels, Marcia & John
