You will be close to both major Interstates:

Plus inland Interstates for easy access to those areas.
I like to think that Cozzy is a quiet, comfortable, colorful space to relax in. The bed has many pillows and, depending on the season, several blankets and comforters. It is angled to look out into the garden and let your thoughts drift away. There is a small dresser for your belongings plus a good sized closet. AND a delightful old wicker rocker.
The bath has most of what one needs. There are soaps, shampoo plus conditioner; terry robes to snuggle in; and a Coffee/Tea maker to start or end your day.
The front room ... because it faces east and onto the driveway ... has many option. There is a small sofa and chair for relaxing, or reading, or watching TV. There is also a desk for letter writing or surfing the Internet. Cozzy has it's own access to the Internet. In the closet you will find a small fridge and microwave. Plus small dishes, plates and flatware. Easy for tasty snacks or leftovers.
You are welcome to park in the driveway. The gate to the left of the house will take you down the side and to the entry door.
Please enjoy the garden. There is a small table and chairs just outside your entry. If you follow the path around, you will find a second "garden" room at the back. There are chairs scattered around this space. I find it nice to sit there and be quiet with my thoughts. Or enjoy a good book or newspaper.
Interaction with guests
Over the years I have had the pleasure of meeting people from allover the world. Some really enjoy sharing thoughts and conversation. Others like to stay to themselves.
I am always open to chatting. So if you have a question, please do not hesitate to ask. I believe it is your choice. After-all, this is your getaway time.
As one of the first housing divisions in San Diego, "Western Hills" sits atop the hill looking down across Mission Bay and out to the Pacific Ocean. Within walking distance from my Cozzy unit, you can find grocery stores, a cobbler, restaurants, fast food eateries and a Public Library.
Overall, it is a quite, peaceful neighborhood. Planes stop flying from 10pm until 6am. The buses also stop running by late evening. So, be sure to double check their schedules as weekends have different times than weekdays.
If yo want to use Public Transportation, there are 2 Bus Stops just around the corner. This is a great way to get to the main Trolley Station in Old Town. Which is a main hub for the trolley and buses.
UBER has also become a favorite of many of my guests. I've been told their pricing is quite reasonable. Plus they can take you to the exact place you are headed.
Other things to note
I do want you to know that I have 2 cats. As a Rule, they are not allowed into the Cozzy space. But given the chance, they will try to go exploring.
Smoking, of any sort, is not allowed.
Kindly use the "squeegy" after you shower to remove the water from the glass doors. Our water is quite "hard" .. which means it leaves watermarks easily.
