Explore this inviting space with an open kitchen, living, and dining area that seamlessly flows into a private, sunny northwest facing courtyard, safe for your pets. A washer/dryer combo in the kitchen adds convenience. Downstairs, a pull-out sofa bed accommodates extra guests (additional fee may apply). There is also a topper (under the queen bed) should you need extra comfort on the sofa bed.

Upstairs, a spacious Queen bedroom awaits with tower fan to create an ambience temperature, accompanied by a well-appointed full bathroom featuring a toilet, vanity, heated towel rail, and shower.

The kitchen is complete with all the modern appliances to cook meals - Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, rice cooker and sandwich maker.
