This comfortable single story home is in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the river. Close to Highway 55 and 44 intersection, super convenient to mountain and city access. 7 miles to downtown. There is a lot of wildlife in the neighborhood. Great view of the mountains and an uncluttered relaxing atmosphere. This residence is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

1 bedroom 1 bath house with a garage in neighborhood near the greenbelt. Eco friendly cleaning products that are fragrance free. Needing a quiet retreat for a rest, you have found the right place! Private bathroom adjacent to your private bedroom. Other spaces include the kitchen, living room and laundry room. The backyard is full of birds and a great place to sit and relax. A 5 minute walk to the Boise River. Subdivision ponds are also available for your use. This home is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
