This is an excellent place to stay! Very quiet, very secluded and has the most amazing sunrise I have seen! Just beautiful!! So yes stay and enjoy your stay with Mike.

Great stay, mostly secluded location. The view from the property, access to wildlife, and star viewing was amazing. We saw breathtaking stars, rabbits, birds/hawks, bats and flowering cacti all without leaving the property. There is another home right next to this one, but it did not detract from the enjoyment of our visit. There was a bit of a smell from the bathroom when we entered, but once we opened the air vent in the toilet room the smell cleaned out quickly. The place is well stocked to with hardware to cook, but other than spices you'll need to bring anything else you add to a pan...but for a home that has to deal with scorching summers that's to be expected! 5 minutes from Terlingua Ranch, 30 minutes to Terlingua Ghost Town (a must visit) and 60 minutes from center of Big Bend Nat'l Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and confident you will too.

Loved our peaceful stay close to Terlinga! The photos are accurate, it is a trailer, but feels very spacious with the slide out. A very nice surprise was that it has a very comfortable king bed! The trailer is well appointed with pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc. It is very clean and well taken care of by Anna, who we had the pleasure to meet! The best part is the huge open outdoors! Beautiful mountains (thanks Anna for pointing out the 'sleeping lion'!), sunsets, and STARS! One improvement could be a larger deck. Also were in peak season for a blooming desert! Within 15 minutes of Study Butte, a little further to Terlinga. Less than an hour to Big Bend Ranch State Park and Big Bend National Park. Spent two days in the National Park park, and half a day in the SP, beautiful! Our favorite part was crossing the border into Boquillos, Mexico! Enjoyed the boat ride, donkey ride, wonderful food at Jose Falcons, the views as well as the quaint town! Had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay there and it was extremely quiet and private. I've never stayed in a trailer before, so that made it extra fun to learn how efficient, space-wise, they are. We were quite comfortable. Thanks!

Great place to stay if you're in Big Bend. Walk outside and see the views. Trailer is well stocked with everything except pots and pans if you plan to cook. Over all a great stay!

The place is in a very remote area on the north part of the park I would have to say about 30-35 miles from Big Bend national Park entrance. The place was spotless clean. it had towels pots and pans coffeemaker microwave it probably had more things than I even do at my own house. I traveled with a family member so she stayed in the sofa that turns into a bed I'd stayed in you could say the bedroom. My family member had an AT&T cell phone and about 80% of the time it'll work just fine to make calls but not to use the Internet or get messages. They recommended for us to go about 3 miles down the road to the right from the ranch too bad rabbit café. Bad rabbit café does have Wi-Fi there food is very good. That Friday when we had dinner there they actually had live music. The views at night were amazing you can see stars, you can see I don't know if it was UFOs i don't know what it was but you could see way the up in the sky, tiny lights moving I don't think they were planes, so I'll let you be the judge of that
