This unique house is on the Beach, situated in local community of Pelada beach.
Recently build like a loft in 500 Sqf (50 m2) with a perfect layout and high ceiling, offering lot of good energy and air circulating, situated inside a luxurious Garden with Mangos, Hibiscus, Coconut trees, lemon, citrus.. The house is well design, nice bedroom with king bed and beautiful bathroom with hot shower,the living room is a large open space with kitchen island full furnished, laundry,wifi, TV. Parking

The space
inside a gated luxury garden, front of the beach, the house is recently build and each room are large like an open space, the bedroom communicate with the bathroom, the living area is really comfortable and open included kitchen with island creating an invited space, all be done in modern way with little touch but keeping a local character. Lot of windows bringing lot of light and offer multiple view of the nature and jungle, you can hear the monkeys on the trees.

You can use all the front garden and the terrace, also a parking space in front of the property, outdoor shower, Barbecue, washing machine..

Other things to note
If you want to be in Nosara and still feel Costa Rican vibes, this is the perfect place, not yet overwhelm by foreigners as Guiomes, playa Pelada nested inside the Sylvester refuge national park where coexist fisherman and local community.
