About this listing
Steps away from Brooklyn's finest bars and restaurants in a charming hood close to Williamsburg and transportation, this loft is a cozy escape from the city.
This is a very spacious floor through apartment with a loft like feel just a few steps away from the waterfront and views of Manhattan. The common space has large windows, two non-working fireplaces, a working chandelier, dining table and lots of light and plants. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with dishwasher, and bathroom is spacious and clean with huge rainfall shower and washer/dryer. Bedroom is cozy and private on opposite side of the apartment as the other bedroom.
All common spaces and the bedroom are free for you to make use of. Enjoy the art books (though please put back where you found them), TV & internet access. All closets and the office are off limits.
Interaction with guests
I am frequently away from the apartment but can offer friendly guidance to the city and neighborhood's best attractions in restaurants and the arts.
Tons of the city's best new restaurants, coffeeshops, bars and boutiques are right around the corner but this neighborhood remains very safe and family friendly. Also only a few blocks away from trendy williamsburg, waterfront park, Smorgasborg, Artist & Fleas, movie theaters and endless Brooklyn shops. This neighborhood is rapidly gentrifying- in two years it will be completely different!
Only 2 blocks from Greenpoint G train that can get you easily to other parts of Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan. Also 1 block from NY Watertaxi.
Other things to note
This apartment is shared by 1 roommate. Please be respectful of the other people's living spaces and personal storage in closets.
We like our neighbors, please be mindful of loud & late night noise.
Treat the apartment as your own. No smoking inside but on the fire escape is ok. Keep common areas clean and dishes taken care of right away. If you use any of my books, food or alcohol you are expected to replace them right away. Families live in the building so please be respectful of noise at night.
