The space
It's clean and spacious and well appointed. If there is anything you need (within reason and legal) don’t hesitate to ask!

In the summer there is a beautiful garden in between the two buildings. The guests are welcome to enjoy the space!!

Other things to note
Please use the front entrance to the unit. The interior door to the common area is for emergency exiting only.
I require that those staying in the unit are the verified guests that have registered with Airbnb.

I think it's the best neighborhood in Chicago. I've been here since 1986. I used to live in East Lakeview. Quiet, tree lined streets, easy parking, close public transportation, great shopping, restaurants, a post office, a library, are all within easy walking distance. You can walk to Boystown and Wrigley Field. Both are less than one and a half miles away.
