sorry but no the hot tub is not in your room! the tub is at our house on our porch and anyone from camp may use this hot tub.
this cozy little room that's close to fridge, porch, hot tub area. meant to be budget friendly for the unfussy traveler ! has electricity , electric fireplace.
we do not allow smoking or vaping indoors. BYOB bar at main house. shared 1 person guest shower is just outside of this room

This is a budget friendly room not a luxury hotel room
We live out in the country. We have well water it’s not chemically treated water like cities have.
There is farm land, hiking trails and country views. Nothing is walkable distance business wise. This is not an urban setting with walkable businesses.
And this is a reasonable , cost effective room for rent. not an entire house.
we do have 11pm to 7am quiet hours.
we aren't perfect and you don't need to be either. longer term guests welcome with host approval.
People who are in town long term for work are welcome!

Neighbourhood highlights
country living. but 5 minutes drive to tim Hortons coffee shop ( on our road), gas stations, restaurants and lily dale is 10 minutes away. very quiet, country area. leave the sirens and city lights behind. there are cows, turkeys , deer and lots of other wildlife in the neighborhood. country setting, porch sitting, veggie gardens, enjoyable stay out in the country.
