Luxury ground floor apartment converted from a Victorian fire station, situated in the heart of the stunning historic Abbey town of Sherborne.

The space
This newly converted luxury apartment is ideal for a romantic break, a weekend or extended getaway.

The Old Fire Station is a unique conversion of the original fire station which was built in 1862.

When entering the large ground floor apartment you are met with a large bright open-plan contemporary lounge/diner with oak flooring throughout. A large dining room table with seating for 4 people. There is also a desk and chair for anyone needing to work. There is also air conditioning within this area. One of the sofas is a double sofa bed and bedding for this is provided.

The very large contemporary kitchen is fully equipped including induction hob, Bosch electric oven, overhead one-touch extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, Dualit kettle and toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer, along with all the essential equipment you require for cooking.

The striking bedroom with its sumptuous neutral carpet underfoot, features a king-sized bed with a luxury feather duvet and pillows with fine hotel-style cottons, with a wall-mounted 55" HD Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. 6-drawer chest of drawers. Full length mirror and complimentary hair-dryer. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a large floor to ceiling wardrobe offering plenty of storage and hanging space.

Next to the bedroom is a large luxury bathroom with large walk-in overhead shower (with waterfall option) and complimentary bath towels and toiletries.

Heating is simply controlled using the Hive thermostat situated in the lounge/diner on the wall with the turn of a dial.

‘A little something to get you started,’ including tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.

Complimentary toiletries, towels, hairdryer and slippers are provided.

Outside in the courtyard there is a bistro table and chairs to perhaps enjoy a morning coffee or catch the early evening sun with a glass of wine.

Free private designated off-road parking within the courtyard adjacent to apartment.

The lounge and bedroom both have new 55" HD TVs equipped with complimentary Netflix.
