The oldest references of the house kept in the family archives told us about the arab origin of the house. Then after the fall of Granada , at the late XVth century.the house was given to the family who stil keeps the property, turning it into an agricultural explotation which use has changed over the centuries, from the famous Granada silk to olive oil mills and later the growing of vinards during the XXth century.

The southern façade overlooks to the stone and alleys vegetable gardens with the 300 years old Almencinos trees crowned the whole house.
The Chapel was built in 1764,as it is reflected in a original painting , dedicated to the Virgen de la Blanca, after long prayers for the recovery of one of the member of the Milan family. The main altar was built in 1804 after another episode of family health problem and subsequent recovery. All this has developped an incredible devotion to this image by the family member still owning the Casería de Milan.
